The ideal candidate will have interest in developing their knowledge and skills in complex business, real estate and asset-based finance transactions; specialty finance transactions; real estate development and leasing; comprehensive municipal issues; and energy. This role offers the unique opportunity to work closely with experienced partners and to represent sophisticated clients across these practice areas on nationally and regionally significant matters.
