Call for Nominations

 Please consider making a nomination for one of the following awards to be honored at the 20^th Annual Gala on January 27, 2012 in Seattle, Washington.

AWARDS FOR 2012

Abogado Excepcional / Extraordinary Attorney Award.  This award is given to a LBAW member whose professional and civic activities have significantly contributed to the advancement of LBAW's purpose and mission.

Modelo de Excelencia / Model of Excellence Award.  This award recognizes an individual (attorney or non-attorney), community group, organization, firm or business for outstanding contributions to the Latina/o community.

NOMINATIONS:

(1) Name of candidate & contact information.

(2) Your name & relationship to candidate.

(3) Brief summary why he/she is eligible for an LBAW award.

(4) We encourage any supporting documentation that will give additional details.
